Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
